Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Vendor: Schema Tools (“we”)
This agreement is between you (the customer installing the app) and Schema Tools, and governs use of the app “ScopePulse — Sprint Scope Change Tracking for Jira” (the “App”). It supplements the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which also apply to your purchase.
Subject to payment of applicable fees via the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your Atlassian products for the duration of your subscription.
The App is a Jira dashboard gadget that reports how sprint scope changed after sprint start (committed, added, removed issues, say-do ratio) based on issue change histories, with CSV export. It reads Jira data with each viewing user’s own permissions, processes it entirely within Atlassian’s infrastructure, and stores only computed sprint summaries in Forge app storage.
You are responsible for: the permissions you grant users in Jira (the gadget shows each viewer only data they can already see in Jira); verifying the reported metrics before relying on them for performance or compliance decisions — the metrics are reconstructed from Jira change histories and are subject to the limitations documented on the App’s documentation page; and your Atlassian account and billing.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the App, or use it to violate Atlassian’s terms or applicable law.
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation — the App depends on the Atlassian platform and its availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by the Atlassian platform.
The license ends when your subscription ends or upon material breach. Sections 5-6 survive termination.
We may update this EULA; the version in effect for you is the one published at the time of your then-current subscription term. Material changes will be noted in release notes.
